Cannot recommend this shop enough. Cris and his crew work fast and will always give you honest and top notch repairs. Went in for ac issues and it blows even cooler now!

I recently begun hearing a noise in my front suspension area. I was going to have to make a cross-country drive, so I drove to Chris’s auto which is close by my house to get an evaluation on my suspension. I also had a low tire pressure error but I was going to take care of that later. Chris auto took my truck in and the next day called me to tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the truck. Everything looked great. I offered to go pay for the evaluation and service and they refused. He said we appreciate your business in the future. I went to pick up my truck and even though they didn’t service it, they filled up that low tire with air as a courtesy. Chris auto reminds me of a 90s business when people still trusted their local auto shops and where customer service and honesty are the most important thing. I could not recommend this shop enough. Bravo.

Will not be returning. Brought two vehicles to be repaired and spent nearly 8k. 3 attempts to get my ac working and 4 attempts to fix my check engine light on my truck. Although Cris was very courteous in person, I felt like he wasted my time. The 4th attempt, he didn’t do anything but reset the light and allegedly drive it around to see if the light came back on. Sure enough, on my way to work, there’s the check engine light. I’ll be bringing my truck to another mechanic to figure out what’s wrong.

I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the high-pressure tactics used at this shop. My father was explicitly told there would be no charge for a diagnosis; however, once the truck was in their possession, he was presented with a $170 bill. When he arrived to contest the unexpected charge, the owner, Chris, called the police to pressure him into paying. ​It is worth noting that this shop frequently services local law enforcement vehicles, and the owner appeared to leverage his personal rapport and professional ties with the officers to create a biased environment and intimidate my father. In the end, he was forced to pay $70 just to recover his vehicle for what was ultimately a simple starter issue. While charging for diagnostics is standard in this industry, misrepresenting fees and using professional connections to corner a customer is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend a business that operates this way.

Cris is so sweet, helpful, mindful and considerate. He had all the answers to my mom’s questions and it was a decent time to complete my service. Very clean and very comfortable. He definitely gained a loyal customer. 😎 (Oh and they offer military discount as well)!!
